Lustrasgems is a premium jewelry and certified gemstone brand. Our products are sold and fulfilled through the LUSTER GEMS platform. All enquiries, orders, and transactions are processed via this platform.

3. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including weight, clarity, colour, and certification details. However:

• Natural gemstones may have slight variations in colour, texture, and inclusions that are inherent to the stone.
• Images are representative and actual colour may vary slightly due to monitor settings.
• All products are accompanied by relevant GIA, IGI, or AGL certificates where applicable.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges.
• Payment is processed securely through LUSTER GEMS's payment gateway. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.
• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

5. Ordering & Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a purchase order. Our team will contact you to confirm availability, pricing, and payment terms. A binding contract is formed only when payment is received and confirmed by Lustrasgems.

6. Custom Orders

Custom-made jewelry and bespoke gemstone settings are non-refundable once production begins. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence production. Delivery timelines for custom orders are estimated and may vary.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and design, is the intellectual property of Lustrasgems. Reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Marketing Communications

By submitting your contact details and ticking the marketing consent checkbox, you agree to receive promotional communications from Lustrasgems via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or RCS. You may opt out at any time by contacting us at contact@lustrasgems.shop.
